One shot or Two?

Please bear with us newbies but I'm wondering if my gf should divide her juice into twice a week injections or just take the whole dose in one shot.

She's taking 100 mg of deca a week and right now we are doing 50 mg on Sunday and the other 50 on Wed. But if it doesn't make a difference, I'd rather jab her once and be done with it.

Taking one shot a week can be done, but your blood levels will not be as stable. For me, this causes more acne, but other than that, I dont notice any difference.
