organizations that don't test?

Well since what my gf took can stay in her system for as long as 18 months and she now wants to compete, what competing organizations don't drug test? I know the NPC doesn't but are there any others? (since they all claim to have anti-doping policies)

most dont test unless they state that they are a natural contest. she can go to the website of whatever organization that is promoting whatever contest she wants to compete in and it should tell her if they will be testing or not or she can call the local promoters and ask them directly without giving her name.
