i have just finished my fiirst cycle and got the clomid therapy schedule from steroid.com. 300mg the first day; 100 mg for 10 days; then 50 mg for 10 days. i was just wondering if you guys think this is a good dose schedule? and also if it is better to take the whole dosage at once during the day or is it better too split up the doses over the day. thnks

thats fine.......clomid has a half life of a few days so you can take it all at once
