PIP on first test e injection?

I have 300mg/ml test e this is my first cycle I’m splitting into 2 shots 150 on Monday 150 on Friday I took my first shot last night and I woke up this morning with horrendous PIP my question is could this be because I have virgin muscles or is it the gear

Forgot to add the shot was in the left deltoid

It seems some people have issues with test E from my reading. Can't say i have. Try it in your glute next time.

Have you checked to see if it's crystalized ?
You could warm it up first?

Little update lol I was just allergic to the carrier oil

I have the same problem with many oils.
