S snatch Registered User May 8, 2012 26 0 0 May 23, 2012 #7 The point of rack pulls is to pull from different heights. Put it wherever you stick or whatever section you want to work. Once I pass the knee I never miss, so sometimes I put it mid-thigh and pull 2x my max deadlift just to load my back.
