"Real" from VH1 has cancer

He was "Real" on Vh1 The Real Chance of Love with his brother "Chance" and also I Love New York(i think thts it)

I emailed VH1 and asked them if they plan on payin for his medical bills or help iin some way. he says his insurance is only covering 40%

Dnt know him or really follow him...but thought it was sad

Dam that's awful.. Cancer is a terrible illness and everyday I am thankful for just waking up..I pray he gets great help..

I liked that show. chance was a straight up crack head but real was ok. too bad to hear about the cancer!
