Do you guys always aspirate because my friend never does. I tell him I think ur always suppose to. Also what if u strike a vein and u take it out put it in another place and strike another one when should u just move location completely?

Always Aspirate!!! Better Safe Than Sorry.... In 3 Years I Never Hit A Vein, Before That I Never Aspirated, So Who Knows...

Well I feel differently here

I have NEVER EVER aspirated, and never had problems...sometimes I hit something and get a bleeder, but never had an abcess or infection of any kind. Now if you hit an artery that is a bit diff.

Also whenever I went to the doc to get a shot, he never aspirated either...so go figure..
