Resurrecting an old post here, but whatever happened to this bill? Did it get signed. I haven't been paying much attention to local politics lately. Just found this looking for sarm search, are they still afloat?

Last I heard it hadn’t been voted on, yet. Dunno what the official status is.

I wanted to share a recent experience to highlight that the FDA OCI (Office of Criminal Investigations) is actively pursuing SARMs, regardless of the status of the ban bill.

I had ordered some SARMs from over seas (China). They got seized by the FDA and I thought that was the end of it. An officer from the FDA Office of Criminal Investigations visited me today and informed me that I had illegally purchased and imported an unapproved drug (SARMs). He asked questions about the source, etc. At first I did not deny it because SARMs are not scheduled/banned, but I later learned that they are still illegal to import. He did say that they were trying to track down the source as they had tied them tainted products and health issues across multiple states, based on the return address on the package, which may also be why it was flagged/seized in the first place. Although I am not really sure that was 100% true, either way, true or false, doesn't minimize the event.

At this time they are not pursuing legal action, but he was quite clear that I am now "in the system" and this was my one and only warning. The next time could mean prosecution. I am still a bit stressed over the whole ordeal.

I just thought I would share my experience as I thought SARMs were legal/safe to buy and import, since it feels like just a few months ago you were able to buy them on Amazon.

Thanks for updating us. SARM's are still sold by supplement copmpanies in Europe so it's good to know how serious they are treating imports.

What SARM's did you order? Did the FDA list exactly what were illegal to import or just your entire order?
