keep it simple and do the basic movements such as squat bench and deadlift-this will set a foundation of strength.

I was thinking of starting with leg press instead of squats and deads because the guy has a back problem. And do back work for a bit before introducing squats and deads.

Hey Alin i was searching some plans for strength and you solved my problems. You have shared nice programs for strength training. I will try this soon.
