sust/anavar

hey guys..i just ordered my first cycle(alin) just wondering if just doing the 1 shot a week of the sust 250 with the anavar will be enough...i have read some mixed things about starting with 500mg of sust than tampering down...also should i wait to start var later in the cycle....any advice would be great..5.10..185..11per. bf...not looking to get huge ..just some soild gains..been training hard almost 12 yrs

You should do well with either being it your first cycle, for sure...One thing I did on my first was Anavar only so I knew what to expect from one substace at a time...Then I moved onto the Test(s)...maybe I would have done better with a low dose of test along with the Var...but my goal and other things in life were diff. then...Just use pct correctly and one should be good to go.
