Background/Stats
31yr old, 5'8" 181.1 12-13% (guessing, I know I need calipers) Been training off/on since 17yrs old. 100m/200m sprinter in college, took a year + off with injured back & shoulder. & other personal shiate
Previous AAS- limited, 1 run w/Tren/Test 5yrs ago; along w/some winny-
Since Jan '05 I have been natty & working very hard, weight has gone up ~8lbs & prob more LBM. Diet/Training has been solid & gains consistent, guess like all patience is not one of my strengths. Was considering a 10-12 weeker of Test E/Eq (possible dbol kicker) when I stumbled across Tbol, & bro's positive results. Decided to give it a go w/Tbol solo- Still planning the former cycle in early August-
Training-Been using DFHT training (4 days weights) So far no cardio, (I was planning on doing 2-3 a.m. cardio sessions as time permits, but i have been pretty busy w/work but still appearing a little leaner.
Diet-
Again I wish I had more specifics, but I can say I am eating clean (6-8 meals per day under Berardi's massive eating plan)
DAY 10 UPDATE
Roughly a third of the way through tbol only cycle (4-5 weeks, 40mg/day) I must say I am liking this stuff. Finally got on the scale & compared to Day 1 & I am up 3.4lbs. (184.5)
Within the first week my strength went up & I have been feeling pretty full/pumped all day.
Weights keep moving up (ie. Barbell Incline Press 5x5 before 205 now up to 225, Squat ATF 5x5 before 255 now 285) Part of this is because I deloaded before starting the Tbol but I def feel the tbol is making a difference.
Sides/other observations: Really no sides that I can speak, no impact on libido, if anything may be down a little but no real way to measure
