All of the above advice x 2 brother....you need to realize aas isnt the magic bullet uneducated people think it is you dont just take a shot and wake up in the morning looking like a monster you have to be sooooo dedicated and consistant with diet training etc if your not you might as well be chewing gum to get big it will give you the same result.
