Flat DB Bench 2x8
Dips 1x10
Close or Reverse 1x10
Lateral Raise 2x8

This is my currently routine for the chest/tri/shoulder day and i can't decide which one to use in my current routine reverse grip or close grip bench. Any help?

I like close grip better. I like the burn to the tris during.

both are good but since you've got plenty of reg grip pressing i'd throw in the reverse grips for variety

Low volume training can be effective especially if its intense. How long are you resting between sets?
