Hey everyone! Hopefully you guys have read my training articles in the newsletters and enjoyed them.
I was looking for some feed back on what you guys/gals may be looking for in the future? The issue about to come out has my interview with John Meadows in it.

After that one I'm thinking about doing an article based on my beliefs that I've developed over the years that I think would be good for both beginners and intermediates at least.

Who would you like to get me to interview? What kind of training methods do you want me to delve into? I'm open for any and all suggestions, I've got 9 months of articles to write yet this year!

I'm having a blast doing it I just want to get some input on what the readers want to see.:headbang:

Chicken hawk and I were discussing a little bit about planned overreaching to break plateaus. Kind of like amping of volume and/or intensity over a period of time (think like MD training or the prgression experienced during a DC blast) and then deload, after which one tends to come back stronger after an adjustment period.

This would make for an interesting article!

TT your articles and interviews have been great! A lot of good trainers out there if they would be willing to do some interviews would make for some good reading. Phil Hernon, Chirs Cormier just to name a couple.

I will be following every article and interview you put out there. Great work!!

Tri, something else that might be of interest is expanding the fascia. You might want to hit up Scott Stevenson about that as he has written about it previously. Maybe addressing the reality of possible fascia expansion and comparing different methods for expaning the fascia.

That is an excellent idea as well. A lot of guys that have plateued could use that info. Do you know if Scott has seen any of the newsletters? I'm going to hit him up and see if he would answer some questions. Can you pm me the best email address for him please?
