Water retention!

After a Sust & Deca cycle, how long does it take for the puffy look to go away? What you can do to minimize the retention of water?

The more water you drink the less you retain.

drink plenty of water bro, use an AI while ur on cycle and have a clean diet and your look shouldnt be too puffy. just a different look than if you were running mast or tren with your sust. but seriously you diet needs to be on point.

I seem to always have a problem with this as well and I drink tons of water and use Adex throughout my cycles. Still always seem to blow up? I do notice that when I really keep an eye on my sodium intake that it is a little more manageable though.
