I know it's all individual and the only way to truly know is to compare a baseline IGF score with an IGF score on 2iu ED, but generally speaking, which do you feel is best?

I think it's plausible to use it at any point past 25 when the body actively starts to decrease in hormone levels. My natural test level at 25 was 1023 at 27 it was 932 and 29 it was 867. I started aas after I turned 30. I can easily see hgh being useful especially from the 30s and on
obviously it would be of greater use older but I think 30+ would see benefit.

It declines naturally at around age 25 and significant drop by age 30 For HRT/Anti Aging purposes I would say 35-40 yrs old.

So would 2.5iu ED (grey tops) would be good long term? I'm no stranger to HGH but I've always used higher doses for bodybuilding purposes. I've always thought 2iu would have been a waste for me because it might only replace my natural IGF levels. Unfortunately, I do not have a baseline IGF score while off HGH to compare.

I think most people go for about 4iu, I'm not sure how efficacious less than that would be with generics. It might still have some benefit though. If I were to do it I would go with 4iu ED though personally of the greytops.
