What brings better results? Workout regimens??

So I was wondering how many of you work the same muscle groups more than once a week versus only working out each muscle once a week?? Which style works better for you. I usually work em once a week, here's a sample of my current regimen.

MON- CHEST AND TRIS

TUES - BACK,

WED- BICEPS AND traps

FRIDAY, LEGS AND shoulders

I mix it up alot, but I'm getting good results with my current setup. ...

What works best for you??
