I want to stay hydrated as much as can so I drink water throughout the day and night, but this ruin my sleep, the more i drink in the night the more i get up for the toilet . What is better , stay hydrated or should I stop the water at night and get quality rest?

Sleep is most likely more anabolic and more beneficial to your well being than water imo

body rest is more important provided that you have drank enough water during the day

IMO a high intake of water is very important for kidney health and helps keep bloat at bay.

I would say to slow water intake the closer you get to sleep time.
