Intermittent fasting. and more cardio. Ive already dropped 10 lbs of fat....

Tryin to be My best ever right before I turn 50.
Sitting at 270lbs under 10% My biggest Yet.
Hoping To settle in this summer at 255+ @ 6% or leaner!
Its only 5lbs bigger than normal but should make a Hell of a Difference !
