I been lifting 8 years believe it or not I've always been chunky shitty genetics lol I started aas 3 years ago trial and error pct bunk gear all of that. I also went through a year no gym so I had to workout with bands and body weight. I finally got a membership like 2 months ago and I'm seeing major improvement. I'm finally figuring shit out never really had a honest person school me so it's been a process, just thought I'd share some pics
