The 2nd video is great motivation for training legs now. I could do with stretching more so will add that in today.

That was my first thought. Last year he could barely speak any English so he has done well to learn it so fast. If he works on condition more he will be a front runner to win the Olympia next year. I think Ramy at 100% beats Curry.
