Another option I have done... fine you a corner brick wall (I have one outside on my deck) Back up to the corner, press against center upper back and rub from one side to the other. Oh that scratches good. Like an old mare rubbing his butt against a tree.

Forget about scratching, i cannot even wash my back properly. So i have to call my wife to wash my back. And yea i too use corner of walls to scratch my back.
