Chicken nuggets! I had my 6, 8, & 10 year old watch the documentary last year. They all made a life altering change on their own, and have not been there since. Now its Texas Roadhouse or BW3's. Sad thing is its still served in some schools.

My version of fast food is a bowl of avocado chicken salad. Use the avocado instead of mayo and add onions, celery, maybe a pinch of salt with a but of lemon. But I take food with me where ever I go haha.
