Starting Monday, i'll be on my 2nd week of test...havn't kicked in yet..I also was without any Deca, but i just received my Deca200 today....Just to clear something up...DR, this IS what you recommended, not so?? ( or sort of )

week 1-4 ( D-Bol 20mg ED )
week 1-12 ( Test Cypionate 400mg/week )
week 1-12 ( Deca 200mg/week )

tell me if you think i must do any changes...thx

your gonna notice the test in weeks 4-5. I personally would up the dbol to 30mgs ed since this isn't your first cycle.

Its just gonna be a waste of deca unless you double it. run test a week longer than deca.

try 300mg/week then..forgot your were that small....remember to cut deca a week shorter.

You'll be fine at 4 weeks but i personally would run it for 6 to get the maximum benefits. But if your just using it to jump start your cycle then stick to the 4.

If you run Dbol longer you will get stronger.

lol...no guys.....this time i'm using my head...Last week, i went through my WHOLE routine very carefully and found i am A-OK....My shoulder recovered SO nicely, it's unbelievable....Also, i found a way to sorta by-pass certain angles.....Shit....come to think of it.....what should i have done without you guys..

Pyrimiding steroids is an old outdated method of administration. IMHO

the reason for the doubling of the 1/2 life is that it takes that long for you to hit your peak bloodlevel of the product you are taking. this is when the full affect of the gear will be felt.
yes deca will take a month to really start to kick in fully. you will experience some affects earlier but the majority will be once the bloodlevels hit their peaks. this is why it is not a good idea to pyramid dosages cause it would take that much longer to hit your peak bloodlevels versus starting at the highest dosage right away.
some people will frontload products to get them to kick in earlier but that is something alot of research should be done by the individual so they fully understand how it is done before you partake in trying it.
