I am a big fan of Dorian but I find now most of his interviews are just the same thing repeated. He never discloses anything new. I do agree with his thoughts on this year's olympia.

I always enjoy his interviews. I noticed Generation Iron are bringing out one on Dorian soon as well.

Good interview. Any aspiring bodybuilder should look at the way Dorian approached training and diet and try to do the same. Progressive overload, good form, strict diet and keep everything simple.
