If you used a bottle once and havent used it in a couple of months does the stuff go bad even if the experation is not up. The example is deca

Oils can retain potency well after expiration dates. As long as they are stored properly. Cool, dark places and not seperated (oil that is).

I have never opened a vial and let it sit, however.
