is there such a thing if you dont sleep?

fro example, if you dont sleep for a week, when you finally have a morning or a night do you reffer to the last of either or the one you may potentially get? say if you left on a friday at i dont know 10:00 pm but then returned on the friday before at 9:00 pm but got some sleep on wed between 11:00 pm and 12:30 am and the same thing on Saturday and your alarm never went off on sunday but you saved 20 minutes by hitting the snooze button on thursday, Is there such a thing?
