My friend has puffy nipples for couple of weeks. It is not sensitive , it does not have anything under the nipple....is gyno?

For me it was very sensitive and had a tissue mass under the nipple. If he's on , look at any article here on Letrozol thats what was recomended to me. Wish him luck shit sucks.
