help DNP caps from powder+my cycle

I am going to use DNP. I want to know how to cap it/how to make caps of 200mgs.

Possibly something you should've looked into before buying uncapped dnp. Do you have a micro scale? Plenty of latex gloves? Do you have any idea how bad that powder will turn anything it touches yellow? Have you ever capped before? Cause dnp isn't the first thing you should learn on.
