I usually do a sub cross type for better stiffer support. I love AC/DC as wrap music..

I use 9m warps (maximum for SPF Raw Division) and standard spiral starting from the top and working my way down and up again. I make sure that the first wrap is just a bit higher that my vastus lateralis tie in and also make sure it's super snug under my patella.
