I'm not so good with recipe. fresh whole roaster split in half. place on grill breast up. grill 60 to 90 indirect salt an pepper. while chicken is grillin. in saute pan bunch of flatleaf ital. parsely and butter. will reduce once parsley has started to reduce ad jar of capers and juice from 8 lemons saute till reduced flavor will be intense. preheat oven 500 degrees place cast iron pan in oven while preheating. once chicken is done rub lemon caper mixture all over chicken place in cast iron pan breast down for 10min or so and baste if u want.
