If your prostate is enlarged (psa is fine) from AAS use will it shrink after ceasing the use of AAS?...
 
In most cases yes, but there are other factors in which it may not...we are all different. Every time I use tren mine enlarges a bit. or when I dose to high with other aas.
 
I can echo what ranjerjockey said. Mine has gotten a little funky a few times from running high doses of multiple compounds but a few months after I tone things down it always reverts back to normal, mostly at least, lol.
 
Mine did and didn't if that makes sense. During heavy cycles and show prep it would swell to where it felt like a grapefruit in my ass LOL. It always came back down after I come off but I had a check and it was almost double normal size.

Did you have surgery?...if so, what type?...
 
After going over the options and choosing surgery there's no way I would do anything other than having it done robotically

Yes it can get better. Try some low dose CIALIS for a few months and see if it helps. Have you been diagnosed with BPH or Prostatitis?

No...my psa is fine...I am 59 and looking toward my future...my flow is not as strong as it was 10 years ago and I am just concerned...I am now on low dose Cialis as you have advised...

Any pain or inflammation or just the decreased urine stream?
 
Cialis should help more over the following weeks. I also like pumpkin seeds for prostate health. If you stop aas it should shrink but as rangerjockey posted there can be other factors. Do you cycle on/off? If you are 59 I would recommend trt between cycles. What aas/doses have you been on recently?
 
I usually get prostate issues on high androgens and when I stop them everything goes back to normal.
