Ramy is my favourite bodybuilder these days. I hope he beats Phil this year.

I agree if he comes in in top form and doesnt win mr o this year somethings fucked up. His quads are almost superhero cartoonish just layer over layer of muscle lol. Unbelievable how much he gains every year.
