Look around the gym and you see all the guys that are suddenly
JACKED Seams like some happen over night. But it never lasts they always go back off and don't know how to hold there gains.
What are your plans for the summer "BUFF" you? Thats what this forum is for guys. Lets talk about what were going to do to show up these weekend worriers.

I'll start, but it's not the same as a summer buff up. I'm closing in on go time for my next show but this is what it looks like this week.
1.5 grams Test C
1 grams EQ
700 mgs NPP
150 mgs A-drol ED
10iu hgh after training only. Then I mix two frozen packs of OJ into a pitcher and hammer 40iu of slin. GULP, GULP.
30 to 60 iu humalin R insulin ED. I only do enough to keep me hungry, so this will change based on what my body needs to repair from day to day.
T3 and T4
2 table spoons of fiber ED
2 of Phils Yellow Hazes a day<--prep only
5 meals a day most being chicken or hamburger and rice with pine apple and veggies. At least 3 grams of salt a day. ED
1 to 1.5 gallons of Crystal light. ED

This isn't for the faint of heart but it's what I need to fire the machine.

I can't grow on these doses anymore because I was using more in the past. Used to be able to but not now. Masteron doesn't build muscle, and 210mg doesn't either. 490mg tren as my only muscle builder in this stack would only recomp me at this point. It's just how my body works.

Basically anything I can get my hands on I have 4 vials of deca and 1 test and some dbol so I am running low. Plus I have no money whatsoever for the next few months so wondering how I am gonna get more gear I have been on 1.2g deca and 300mg test. I am hoping to do something like 1g test e and 1g deca and really push the weight up. Time will tell. I was gonna try a short high dosed blast before my holiday and still might if I can sort it out. In that case I will cruise for abit and then do somethign much higher than I have ever done before such as.

Weeks 1-8= Test C at 400mg
Weeks 1-8= Deca at 400mg
Weeks 1-4= Test S at 100mg per day (700mg)
Weeks 1-4= Tren A at a dose I can handle... hopefully 100mg per day probably gonna be more like 40-50mg per day
Weeks 1-4= Npp at 100mg per day (700mg)
Weeks 1-3= Adrol at 100mg per day (700mg)

My last cut was approx 400mg total including test and tren so my doses are all over the place... I made good gains on that too. I started tren at 10mg per day and moved up to 50mg per day but not for long.

I am usually very planned but budget is effecting that. I will sort something out though. I will try everything I listed in the next year or so. Chances are I do the test and deca and before the hol probably do something like 500mg test and 400mg mast per week plus 100mg avar per day.

Key words are also cjc 1295 with dac and insulin

I'm thinkng about a 10-12 week test E cycle @ 300 or 600 mg EW possibly with 6 weeks of Anavar at the end. (@ 50 - 75 mg ED)

when RDP comes through I plan to run 1g tren a/wk, 700mg npp, 200mg test a/wk, 300mg mast p a/wk, 10 iu hgh. Then later I will drop the npp and up mast to 500mg a/wk and run it all the way till contest time. I may have to lower hgh to 5 iu aday I'm having a hard time staying awake during the day if I sit down for more than a few minutes i'm falling asleep

How you liking the tbol at 60/ed?

I love the stuff but more so at ~100mg

This is currently what I am running- and the second portion is what I will be switching over too in a few weeks.

Current-
Test- 250mg
Tren- 1500mg
Mast- 700mg

Will be switching over to-

Test-250mg
Mast- 700mg- 1200mg (gonna play with it)
Bold Cyp- 900mg
Anavar- 75mg ed
T3- 100mcg ed

My thoughts on the high amount of Bold is that I've always felt it was great for "solidifying" gains and it's always proven for me to be extremely muscle sparing during a cut.

To me- it turned into a different animal around 90mg+ felt like a different compound. The pumps were way more intense and I can't imagine running at a lower dosage after going high with it.

test prop/tren ace/winny......with maybe some mast thrown in at the end.

For the rest of the year, I just stay 250-500mg/wk, with any HGH that I can afford, with maybe another compound thrown in once or twice.
