I'm stocking up for my first cycle. However I was shorted on my nolva. He sent 10mg's instead of 20. If I don't rec. the nolva in time can I substitute it with this topical spray(metacort)

No, don't trust OTC over the counter products. How many 10 mg tabs did you get? Personally, I would have them on hand in case I needed them, but I wouldn't use them untill I found out if I was prone to gyno.

Yes, but you would need 36 20mg tabs for a PCT. Double that number for 10mg tabs.
