Hey all..!!
I've been looking through the forums . . . and this looks like a great site lots of info..
Well my Stats are
Im 19, 5.11" 160lbs 9% BF i have not bad of a build but.. its never enuf..i wanna go alot bigger and leaner.. With definition. so pretty much put mass on and keep the leaness,, i been on and off for a few years but i was allways way over weight before so i lost the weight now and been hard into the weights for 8months. i follow a gud diet .. lots of meat and protein, vegies,fish. etc throughout the day..i sometimes skip meals cuz of waking up late but im getting used to eating more like 4 to 5 meals a day..well my goal for this year is to pretty much put as much pure muscle mass as i can i hope at least 10kgs or more and be lean and i am natural..
If anyone has any info or opinons all is greatfull thanks alot im sure i will enjoy my stay here
