    should I reduce the cardio?

    Is it possible that too much cardio is not good? I'm watching my diet, lost a lot of fat, close to 15lbs but also muscles. I'm doing now cardio 5 times a week. Will be a better solution to reduce the aerobic? I think I'm getting a bit too skinny.

    I purchased two bottles of synthetine(l-carnitine). Lots of positive reviews but all users were injecting it. I intend to take it orally. Not efficient this way???
