    cigarettes and workout??

    Just wondering how much cigarettes effect you (if they do at all) while bulking. I have been smoking for a couple of years and its tough to quit. Will this effect me while im trying to put on some mass? Obviously I might get out of breath quicker, but other than that? just curious. time to goto...

    cardio while bulking???

    currently on test e 12 week cycle at 500mg/wk i do 6 days of cardio for about 45-60min...is this too much for bulking? thanks!!!

    Hey all……. I want reduce some of the extra kilos as I am overweight. 155lbs with 5.7 height. I want to get rid of extra layer of fat. I do 60minutes of jogging with 30minutes elliptical. plz tell me proper diet to loose weight. thanks in advance
