taking synthetine orally - efficient?

I purchased two bottles of synthetine(l-carnitine). Lots of positive reviews but all users were injecting it. I intend to take it orally. Not efficient this way???

No, oral carnitine is next to useless. The msg on the bottle (Oral Use Only) is only there for legal reasons. It is an injectable product and only works if injected.
