numb shoulder pls help!

My left delt is totally numb after the yesterday shoot. I was sure the numbness will go away in minutes, but I am a day after and it is still numb. Am I screwed with a damaged nerve?

Thanks for your answers. The numbness still there, less strong but ...there, I hope too the damage is not permanent.
