What do you guys take like a supplement when you're on cycle that usually you wouldn't take when you are off cycle?

depends on cycles
cycle with orals: above + liver, cholesterol, blood pressure support
cycle without orals: blood pressure support
and some cycle require special items like taurine, vitamin B6..

I only use a multivitamin most of the time.....sometimes hawthorn berry for blood pressure.....and of course milk thistle, and liv.52 for when on orals....

I took milk thistle with the dbol and B6 for the rest of the cycle.
