5mg up to 25mg. it also depends on her reactions to it.

start low, 5 or 10 mg for a week and see where she stands then up 5 mg the next week.

Watch for sides because they can come on pretty quickly so I wouldn't be too anxious to up the dosage depending on your previous experience.
