I personally don't use nolva until I start to see side effects , then I start taking it.

Get some A-dex or Letro.. nolva with Tren will almost defiantly create sides

I would run a small amount of an AI like ARIMIDEX or LETROZOLE and use the NOLVA at PCT time.

If you intend to run A-dex then yes, run it from the start.

Don't do Nolvadex while on cycle . It hindered my gains and I felt like crap while taking it.

Agree, stick with the AI's during cycle and keep the Nolvadex for PCT.
