First off I'm back and plan on sticking around. A year ago I got laid off work, hurt my hip, got depressed and stop lifting close to a year. I've been lifting for 4 months now and am a firm believer in muscle memory. My main goal is to compete in a powerlifting meet in the next 2 years if I can stay healthy. Right now I'm 2 months into my dbol, Sust and Deca cycle. 6'4 and currently 246lbs.
