Eat!!!! You need food of anytype if you cant eat a whole food meal then have a shake, try to get protein, carbs and fat in each shake...If you cant take time to make a shake at work, then make enuff up before work so that you can have one every 2-3 hrs. If thats a problem tell your boss you are hypoglycemic and on DR'S orders must eat every 2-3hrs or may become ill and pass out...in the US, there are laws as to how much you are allowed to work without a break...if yer boss won't let you have a 2min break in between meals every 2-3hrs, the I would report them to the labor officals, are you allowed to piss when you need to??? then piss every two hrs and while you do it, suck down a high calorie shake...
Now no more excuses damnit!!!
