So does anyone have any experience with these things. Im in a whole new area and im not to sure where to even begin looking. What im not looking for though is DNP or an ECA stack

Really what im looking for is something that wont put a hell of a lot of strain on my heart

Ephedrine works great suppressing my appetite, but it does increase blood pressure.
