Ramy has a chance but I tend to think he will always be around the 3rd-6th place mark. Hill needs to bring him in as lean as possible even if it means sacrificing fullness. He also needs to stop shooting his quads.
Dorian for me and I am surprised his arms were 2 inches smaller than Arnolds.
RUHL has to be one of the freakiest of all time. Unlike many other freaks he was also in great condition every show.

IMO, some of these measurements aren't accurate. Then again, whats new haha? Measurements have ALWAYS been blown way up.
- No way Flex's waist was bigger than Phil or Kevin.
- No way Haney had 21" guns - "maybe" the only time was off-season in '91 when he was 260 ish and bigger than ever. But most of the time his arms appeared small - I'd guess no bigger than 19.5" pumped max. Hell according to this, Arnold's is only 1" bigger, and Arnold's guns DWARFED Haney's. Yates's arms are listed as smaller than Haney, and Yates had crazy thick triceps, which look bigger than Haney by far.
- No way Coleman's quads are bigger than Ramy. More defined - yeah. Bigger, nada.
- All these 24" arms is BS haha. The only 2 guys I can see having true, legit 24" guns, and that would be in the off season, would be Coleman and Dillet.
Anyways, just my take.
Speaking of Freakenstein, can we see a Dillet vs Ramy, Nasser vs Ramy/Phil, and a Demayo/Platz/Ramy quad-off?
