Ok now...I've been seriously lifting for 6 months now. I'm a newbie. Be nice!

My little girl took these and still I don't like to look at the camera.
I've been told to raise my arms higher - more diffinition would have shown then. Hey! I'm a beginner!
Update pics in March 04. These pics were taken in early Nov, I believe. I hope to have improved.

How could I forget such a beautiful lady???

I only used that clown avatar for a short time...... Then I changed to the one I have been using for a long time..... The one I use here. What do you think of it?? Is it ok??? B)
