I had read before that while taking clen you should also take something else along with it but I cant recall what it was. What ever it is the clen depleats you of. I think it was taurine.

Yep, Taurine MUST be used with Clen at 3-5g daily. Clenbuterol depletes taurine
levels in the liver which stops the conversion of T4 to T3 in the liver.
