Please leave some comments on my PCT:

test E 500 mg for 10 wks (250mg every 5 days)
nolva 10mg ED for weeks 1-11
nolva 40 mg ED for weeks 12 and 13
nolva 20 mg ED for weeks 14 and 15

My stats are: 5'9 210lbs 14%BF and 28 years old

if you are doing 500mg every week then you might want to do shoots ever e3d and the 4d so that way you are at 500 weekly

Start your PCT 14 days after your last inject. And 250mg every 5 days = 350mg/week....not 500

So should I not take any Nolva until 14 days after my last injection?

Some people will suggest you to have it there in case you start to get gyno , otherwise you shouldn't have to, until pct

Np. You can inject where you feel comfortable. But alternate injection points to minimize scar tissue

So should I not take any Nolva until 14 days after my last injection?

It's fine to take it entire cycle, 10mg /day , and 20mg /day during PCT.
